Thoughts and Feelings

Nature teaches a most important and needful lesson in our lives, it’s about letting go thoughts and feelings sometimes we attached to them to a point we hurt ourselves, they’re like clouds a simple wind can move them, it takes them away if you stay resisting your thoughts and feelings, there will be no wind to move them.

In nature when you look to the sky you will see the wind takes the clouds far away with any resistance. Don’t resist your thoughts and feelings just observe them, like when you had observed the clouds in the sky, it’s so easy let them go.
